TECNOFER Ltd. begins the production in 1970 in Ostiglia (in the province of Mantova), where it creates the first continuous spiral with machinery that are designed and realized inside the company.
This exclusive technology allows TECNOFER to become the landmark on the European market. The technological research has led us, during the years, to the use of robot for welding on pipe and to the computerized balancing of screw axis till the construction of machinery for thick continuous spirals: all this leads, as a consequence, to a very high quality and to a sector leadership position that become stronger and stronger.
Besides the supply of "classical" continuous spirals, we started the production of cold-pressed spiral segments (steel, stainless steel, hardox, creusabro), flexible spirals, spirals made from plate and conical augers for mixing wagons.
